Kelly’s Kids participate in regular field trips which provide hands-on learning experiences, increase community awareness, provide exposure to new ideas and places, and are lots of fun!

Kelly’s Kids are encouraged to get messy and have fun through various creative arts and crafts projects. Painting, cutting, colouring, and experimenting with different mediums all help develop small motor skills and boost children’s self-confidence.

The foundations of early literacy and numeracy are incorporated in programming at Kelly’s Kids through age-appropriate play and modelling a love of reading and learning.

Kelly’s Kids offers a nutritious, varied menu of home-cooked meals. Children are taught basic table manners that encourage independence and respect. Through gardening and food preparation activities we learn healthy attitudes towards our food.

Your child’s interactions with their caregivers and peers has a lasting impact on their social and emotional well-being. Kelly’s Kids strives to create a home-away-from home atmosphere that builds warm and trusting relationships over time with the families in our care.

Kelly’s Kids love to play and explore outdoors in our large, fenced-in backyard, and along the many walking trails and parks near our home. Through outdoor play, children improve their gross motor skills and co-ordination while connecting with nature in safe, fun, engaging environments.
